Anorectal Physiology Assessment

A comprehensive assessment of anorectum and pelvic floor function involves manometry testing, pudendal nerve study and endoanal ultrasound for the following conditions:

• Fistula in Ano

• Perianal abscess
  

• Obstetric Associated Sphincter Injury (3rdand 4thdegree tear)
  

• Benign Obstructive Defecation
  

• Faecal Incontinence

Direct Access Endoscopy

You can request a direct access gastroscopy and colonoscopy for your patient if they

• are under age of 80
  

• have uncomplicated health 
  

• take limited medication
  

• are privately insured or self-funded
  

For patients with complicated medical background who requires endoscopy, a scheduled consultation is recommended prior to booking of procedure. A priority appointment will be given to the triaged patients for the rapid access of endoscopy.

Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS)

This is low risk, non- surgical intervention by the use of electrical stimulation for urinary and faecal incontinence. 

If your patient is suffering from bladder (overactive) and bowel urgency, frequency and incontinence who will benefit from PTNS, you can directly refer to us for treatment within our centre by completing the request form.
