Dr. Titus Kwok is an Upper Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary specialist with a passion of managing pancreatic conditions. His expertise includes minimally invasive procedures for benign and malignant Liver tumours, complex gall bladder surgery and the removal of gallstones along the bile ducts. He is also renowned for anti-reflux surgery. 

After completing the medical degree from the University of New South Wales, he undertook five years of general surgical training in a wide range of rural and metropolitan hospitals where he gained extensive experience in elective and emergency general surgical conditions and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

To continue his pursuing of advanced training on pancreatic and liver surgery, Dr. Kwok was accepted into a two-year post-fellowship program accredited by the Australia and New Zealand Hepatic, Pancreatic and Biliary Association, an organisation that governs the highest standard of hepatobiliary training in Australia. He spent his first year at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne focusing on endoscopic management of biliary and pancreatic stones followed by training in complex pancreatic and liver procedures at the Prince of Wales Hospital Sydney, which has the highest volume of pancreatic tumours cases in the country. During these two years, Dr. Kwok also had extensive training in minimally invasive stomach and oesophagus procedures.

Dr. Kwok undertook further study in Master of Surgery in Surgical Science from the University of Sydney, which he focused on applying the best available research evidence to surgical patient care. He is also committed to surgical education and was appointed as the Surgical Superintendent at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where he oversaw the surgical training of junior surgical trainees in the hospital and conducted regular tutorials for medical students in University of Sydney, University of New South Wales and University of New England.

Dr Kwok is a Visiting Medical Officer at Strathfield Private Hospital, Prince of Wales Private Hospital and Concord Repatriation Hospital. He is dedicated to provide individualised, prompt and thorough care with great communication to patients and their general practitioners in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
